Recipe 1 Avocado 2 handfuls of ice about 2 cups 2 cups of milk enough to cover the ice 1 teaspoon of organic raw local honey 1/2 tsp of Lime 1/2 tsp of pure Mint extract (can substitute vanilla for a different taste) Blend and Enjoy If you have extra store in the freezer in popsicle trays to enjoy later. It's a refreshing healthy treat that hits the spot.
