I absolutely love these headphones they are Wireless so you're not wrapped in cords while you're working out. They're cost-friendly, comfortable, & aesthetic. I use them for workouts, editing youtube videos, & chores. I have the white and rose gold ones. These headphone are under $35 that is definitely a deal. If you're looking for name brand headphones I would go with Under Armour new Rock Edition headphones. The headphones are $249.00 they are Rock tested and we all know the Rock is a totally gym junkie. Also let's be honest who doesn't love Rock.

My New Favorite Peanut Butter

My personal favorite is the crunchy. But either is great. This is the first Peanut Butter I have found that does not add any sugar. It taste great with apples for a snack, or with a peanut butter banana sandwich. This is the healthiest peanut butter on the market. It can be found at Target in the fridge section.

This Mama is a true inspiration for anyone who has kids. She is a Mother of three, and owner of Destiny Malone Photography. A little over a year after having her 3rd Baby, she decided she wanted to get her pre-baby body back. Plus since she's a photographer it requires her to be on the ground and bend in different demanding positions. Our main goal was to lean, tone, lose, & get stronger. She was very determined to meet her goal. Towards the middle of her fitness journey she was able to put on clothes she had not worn in a while. Towards the end she was able to put on a dress that she wore before she had kids. I love meeting people that have fitness goals. I love meeting people that are ready to put in work. I love seeing a fire in someone to give it all they've got to achieve what they want. I love being the one that ignites that fire back, when they know it's going out. I love being the one that helps people's fire come back brighter & stronger.🔥

I love this quinoa from Costco it's only $10. It's premade you can eat it for lunch or you eat it as a side. I've actually gotten a little creative, and came up with full on meals with this quinoa. We all love quick, easy, and cost efficient recipes. Whether you're a busy mom or bachelor you will love these hearty homestyle entrees.

Garlic & Lime Shrimp

​I put precooked shrimp in the pan with lime juice. After warming it up, & sautéeing the shrimp. I added it to the quinoa.

We all hate those bad carbs/ simple carbs. This pizza crust is a complex carb. If trying to keep your carbohydrates low this crust is for you. This pizza crust is ultra thin. It's also 100% Whole Wheat. You can find it online at Target. $4.99 for three crust per package. I ordered three packs. I kept one out and froze the rest to enjoy later.

​⬆️It actually would have took less time but I sliced the olives and mushrooms myself. I could have bought them already sliced which would have saved me time.⤴️

Chicken & Olive Pizza

I love this pizza because I used leftover chicken. It was boiled chicken I had eaten the day before with a side of greens. Since I was already boiling chicken I threw extra in there to eat another day. I put the extra chicken in the fridge in some meal prep tupperware. The only thing I had to do to make this pizza was add pasta sauce & slice the chicken and olives.

It's so easy and healthy. My next pizza creation will be sliced turkey bacon with sliced pineapple. My spin off of Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. This would be a fabulous date night activity. If you have children this would be a fantastic family fun night.

1 Teaspoon of Organic Local Honey

If you want to get really wild add a tablespoon of honey.

Avocado Mint Ice Cream

​1 Avocado
​2 handfuls of ice about 2 cups
2 cups of milk enough to cover the ice
1 teaspoon of organic raw local honey
1/2 tsp of Lime
1/2 tsp of pure Mint extract (can substitute vanilla for a different taste)
Blend and Enjoy


​If you have extra store in the freezer in popsicle trays to enjoy later. It's a refreshing healthy treat that hits the spot.

Spoonful of Matcha, Unsweetened Cashew Milk, and Stir. Then put the mug under the steamer until your latte is frothy. I bought one of these Mr. Coffee coffee makers for $40.00. I only use the steamer. Just fill it with water and you have a Starbuck quality steamer. The only difference is less sugar and your are your own barista.☕

I love Starbucks. I loved going there every Thursday, and leading my teen bible study group. It's a great place to meet friends or get some work done. The ambiance is always on point. Here in Texas some Starbucks play Christian music, which always gives good and peaceful vibes. I love their blueberry oatmeal. Oats, Blueberries, and Nuts. When I don't have time to make mine at home. I order a Green Tea Frappuccino with Matcha, Coconut Milk, Ice, No Pumps/Classic, (which cuts the sugar) & no whipped cream. If it's cold outside I'll order a Green Tea Latte same way but no ice. Unfortunately Starbucks Matcha already has sugar inside the mix, cutting the base/classic and whipped cream help cut sugar. Choosing almond milk also cuts the sugar. Coconut milk is the next healthiest. I prefer not to drink almond milk due to reports that it was giving customers mucus.

The more matcha the greener your drink. Less matcha makes a lighter colored beverage. It just depends on your drink preference for that particular day.
