I love this quinoa from Costco it's only $10. It's premade you can eat it for lunch or you eat it as a side. I've actually gotten a little creative, and came up with full on meals with this quinoa. We all love quick, easy, and cost efficient recipes. Whether you're a busy mom or bachelor you will love these hearty homestyle entrees.
Garlic & Lime Shrimp
I put precooked shrimp in the pan with lime juice. After warming it up, & sautéeing the shrimp. I added it to the quinoa.
