Everyone loves pizza but traditional pizza doesn't love our waistline. My pizza recipe is faster to make than it is to wait for a delivery driver.
We all hate those bad carbs/ simple carbs. This pizza crust is a complex carb. If trying to keep your carbohydrates low this crust is for you. This pizza crust is ultra thin. It's also 100% Whole Wheat. You can find it online at Target. $4.99 for three crust per package. I ordered three packs. I kept one out and froze the rest to enjoy later.
Spinach, Mushrooms, & Olive Pizza

Chicken & Olive Pizza
I love this pizza because I used leftover chicken. It was boiled chicken I had eaten the day before with a side of greens. Since I was already boiling chicken I threw extra in there to eat another day. I put the extra chicken in the fridge in some meal prep tupperware. The only thing I had to do to make this pizza was add pasta sauce & slice the chicken and olives.
It's so easy and healthy. My next pizza creation will be sliced turkey bacon with sliced pineapple. My spin off of Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. This would be a fabulous date night activity. If you have children this would be a fantastic family fun night.
