This is a great healthy side dish for dinner. Also it doesn't take long to cook.
1Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
3 Apples sliced and diced with the skin on.
Cinnamon add as much or as little as you like.
A little water to cover the bottom of the sauce pan.
Once they start to boil, put the lid on the pan and simmer.
Once they soften up their ready.
