Steamed Apples Dinner Recipe

This is a great healthy side dish for dinner. Also it doesn't take long to cook.

1Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
3 Apples sliced and diced with the skin on.
Cinnamon add as much or as little as you like.
A little water to cover the bottom of the sauce pan.
Boil
​Once they start to boil, put the lid on the pan and simmer.
​Once they soften up their ready.

Cage free chicken farm raised (boiled) salad, & steamed apples.This is quick, easy, and healthy meal for dinner. On a side note i bought the whole chicken for only
