I love making fresh apple juice, with no added sugars or artificial ingredients. Just put some apples in the juicer and you have fresh homemade apple juice in a matter of minutes. I've made fresh grape juice many times. Kiwi juice is a fun tangy drink. Straight pineapple juice, which is great for boosting your immune system and fighting inflammation. A great drink to drink when everyone around you is sick. I also created a detox cucumber drink, it reminded me of spa water. Everytime I use to get massages at Massage Envy, they always had various spa waters made before you got your massage. With this juicer you can live the life of luxury without even leaving your home. I definitely recommend these two documentaries. You can find them on Netflix. Start with the first documentary then watch number 2, because it follows up with some of the people in the first documentary. There are some great inspiring stories.

This is a great healthy side dish for dinner. Also it doesn't take long to cook.
1Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
3 Apples sliced and diced with the skin on.
Cinnamon add as much or as little as you like.
A little water to cover the bottom of the sauce pan.
Once they start to boil, put the lid on the pan and simmer.
Once they soften up their ready.

We can have carbs. They just have to be complex carbs. Stay away from simple carbs. Complex carbs give you energy and make you feel full longer. They take longer for your body to digest. Simple carbs leave you feeling hungry, so you'll want eat again way sooner. Complex carbs are vegetables, 100% Whole Wheat Breads, 100% whole wheat pastas, 100% whole wheat crackers, & 100% whole wheat oats.
Keep in mind it has to be 100% whole wheat or 100% whole grain. It can't say "made with whole wheat" or "made with whole grain". Check the nutritional facts on the side of the box or the back of the box for sugar. It needs to have the no sugar or lowest amount of sugar available.
Remember complex carbs is the smart way to eat. Simple carbohydrates is bad eating and leads to weight gain.
When comes time to put food in your body... You have to have a strong mindset that you will be disciplined, and you will only eat foods that give you body nutrition. Other foods harm your body and your mind.

I love when they have mixed nuts during Autumn. Nuts and seeds are a quick and healthy snack. Nuts are a good fat.
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream...Not really though it's just a silly sayin' we were taught as kids. Ice cream is filled with excessive amounts of sugar. I once heard a comedian tell this "joke" The reason kids are screaming about ice cream is because they are dying from it. Sadly childhood diabetes has sky rocketed.
